I was outdoors, sketching with ink, wondering why my pen wasn't working. Then I noticed my page was speckled with sleet. So I moved into the shed and started over with a pencil on the damp paper. It was cold too, but luckily it didn't take long: there was so much snow that I didn't have many marks to make.
That's Brian's shed in the middle, with our hazel bush in the foreground. Thomas' beans are under the snow somewhere.
